French 79 is the feeling you have as a child when you're leaving a public pool after a great time with playmates, headed home for great food and great sleep; the sun is setting; you're tired; it's been a hard, good day, and tomorrow looks beautiful. Favorite track is a toss-up between "After Party" and "Olympic." jammingdevice

simply orchestral. how does one manage to paint feelings with sound to such a degree! i've listened to this album for months now and still have not tired of it in the way I do of a lot of music. the account 'Oriana' put it better than I ever could: "a wonderful representation of any emotion a human being could experience." the meditation-like track 'Nouveau Monde' is only surpassed in my opinion by 'Sophora Japonica', which itches a scratch in my brain like nothing else. tetraplonkus
